Solar Operations Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Solar Operations Professional to oversee the day-to-day operation, monitoring, and maintenance of solar power plants. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in solar projects, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to ensure maximum energy generation with minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily performance of solar power plants and ensure smooth operations.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities for solar modules, inverters, and related equipment.
• Diagnose system issues, troubleshoot faults, and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime.
• Maintain operational logs, plant performance reports, and compliance documentation.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry standards during operations.
• Coordinate with project and technical teams for continuous performance improvement.
• Vendor management for spare parts, service support, and AMC requirements.
• Train and guide field technicians for routine O&M activities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical / Renewable Energy or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in solar operations, maintenance, or commissioning.
• Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, transformers, and electrical panels.
• Ability to analyze performance data and implement corrective measures.
• Good communication skills and willingness to travel to project sites.
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance in solar industry.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
