Construction Site Manager

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Engineer to oversee and coordinate operations at our worksite. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in [construction/manufacturing/maintenance/etc.], ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers and subcontractors on-site.
• Ensure all tasks are completed in accordance with project specifications, safety standards, and deadlines.
• Allocate resources effectively and monitor usage of tools, equipment, and materials.
• Report progress, delays, or issues to management and assist in project planning.
• Ensure all safety procedures and policies are strictly followed.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure work meets quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of work, materials, and labor.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training is a plus.
• Proven experience as a foreman or similar supervisory role in [construction/manufacturing/etc.].
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, tools, and safety regulations.
• Physical stamina and the ability to work in various conditions.
• Familiarity with project management and reporting tools is a plus.
