Job Description : 1. Manpower Handling: Manage daily attendance, scheduling, and coordination of machine operators at site locations. 2. Attendance & Payroll: Maintain accurate attendance records and coordinate payroll processing for on-site staff. 3. Travel Arrangements: Handle bookings for rail and air tickets for employees traveling to and from project sites. 4. On boarding Coordination: Assist new joinees with documentation, ESIC registration, and other compliance formalities. 5. Site Reporting: Collect and compile daily/weekly work status reports from site teams for management review. 6. Administrative Support: Oversee procurement and inventory of stationery, general office supplies, and ensure smooth administrative operations. 7. ADOC Handling: Assist with administration and documentation related to projects and compliance (ADOC). 8. Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise between field teams, HR, and management to ensure effective communication and timely resolution of site-related matters. Job Summary : Ensure optimal functioning of manufacturing equipment & machinery through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to reduce downtime and improve productivity. Key Responsibilities : 1. Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment. 2. Inspect machinery regularly to identify issues early. 3. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic faults. 4. Repair or replace defective parts using tools and instruments. 5. Work with other technicians for complex repairs. 6. Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns. 7. Maintain accurate maintenance logs and repair records. 8. Follow safety regulations, SOPs, and company policies. 9. Coordinate maintenance schedules with the production team. 10. Liaise with external vendors for specialized repairs. 11. Suggest improvements for equipment reliability and efficiency. 12. Participate in training and continuous improvement programs. Qualifications Education : • ITI Certification (Machinist, Fitter, Electrician, Maintenance Mechanic). Experience: • 3–5 years in maintenance & repair in manufacturing. Skills: • Strong troubleshooting skills. Read & interpret manuals/blueprints. Use of hand tools, power tools & diagnostic equipment. Basic computer knowledge for maintenance software. Attributes: Detail-oriented & proactive. Good communication & teamwork. Physical stamina for manual labor.
