Qualification

Diploma, B.E or B. Tech in Mechanical

Required Skills

Microsoft office (Good in word, excel and PPT presentations)

Good Writing and verbal Communication

Technically sound to understand Machine Operations

Manpower training and allocation

Sales & Business Development

  • Meet and achieve assigned sales targets within the designated region.
  • Explore and develop new business opportunities by identifying prospective clients and projects.
  • Conduct meetings with new and existing clients to present company products (quality, technical specifications, etc.), understand their requirements, terms, and conditions, and prepare suitable commercial offers.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive satisfaction and repeat business.

Client Coordination & Execution

  • Coordinate with clients to understand daily requirements and develop effective execution plans.
  • Ensure client deliverables are met in terms of quality, timelines, and specifications.
  • Visit multiple project sites to oversee production, supervise operations, and address client concerns proactively.

Production & Operations Management

  • Plan and schedule manpower effectively across projects to maximize productivity.
  • Assign production targets to machine operators and monitor progress against goals.
  • Monitor on-site production quality to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Track and maintain minimum required stocks of spare parts, consumables, and hardware, raising timely indents with the store team.
  • Supervise machine repairs, preventive maintenance, and ensure timely upkeep of equipment.

Reporting & Cost Control

  • Prepare and maintain detailed production and operational reports for management review.
  • Monitor expenses, implement cost-control measures, and work to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Track KPIs related to sales, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Health, Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure on-site safety compliance in accordance with client and company requirements.

Enforce adherence to safety standards, procedures, and guidelines during all operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
