Relevant Experience : 5 - 10 years

Qualification : Diploma, B.E or B. Tech in Mechanical

Required Skills :

- Microsoft office (Good in word, excel and PPT presentations)

- Good Writing and verbal Communication

- Technically sound to understand Machine Operations

- Problem solving skills Follow-up to get the target/goal achieved

Sales & Business Development

• Achieve assigned sales targets within the region.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and clients.
• Meet with clients to present products, understand their needs, and prepare commercial offers.
• Supervise machine repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Client Coordination & Execution

• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and plan execution.
• Ensure quality, timelines, and specifications are met.
• Visit project sites to monitor work, handle operations, and resolve client issues.

Production & Operations Management

• Plan manpower and assign production targets.
• Monitor production quality and progress.
• Maintain stock levels of spare parts and consumables, and raise indents as needed.

Reporting & Cost Control

• Prepare production and operations reports for management.
• Monitor expenses and apply cost-control measures.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales, client satisfaction, and efficiency.

Health, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure all on-site safety rules and procedures are followed.
• Enforce company and client safety standards during operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
