Job Description

Finance and Accounts Head JD

The Head of Finance and Accounts is responsible for overseeing the organisation's entire financial management, accounting operations, and strategic financial planning to ensure stability, profitability, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts aligned with company goals.
Financial Reporting & Analysis: Oversee the preparation of timely, accurate financial statements and reports; provide insightful financial analysis to guide executive decision-making.
Accounting & Compliance: Manage all accounting operations, ensure accurate record-keeping, and guarantee compliance with financial regulations, standards (e.g., GAAP/IFRS), and internal controls.
Risk & Treasury Management: Conduct risk assessment, manage cash flow, and oversee treasury functions.
Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the finance and accounting teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
