Job Description

Job Title: Field Sales Manager Location: Sant Nagar Burari Delhi Reports To: Field Sales Manager / Sales Executive Job Summary: As a Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the sales efforts in your assigned territory. You will lead, manage, and develop a team of field sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets. You will be the key point of contact between the company and clients, ensuring strong customer relationships, strategic growth, and market expansion. Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate a team of field sales representatives. Set clear goals, objectives, and performance expectations for the sales team. Monitor team performance and provide ongoing coaching to improve productivity and efficiency. Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue. Market Development: Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory to expand market share. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, and partners. Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and customer needs. Ensure effective territory management by developing and implementing account strategies. Sales Execution: Achieve individual and team sales targets by actively prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals. Maintain a pipeline of prospective customers, ensuring timely follow-ups and closures. Ensure accurate forecasting and timely reporting of sales activities. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations with key customers. Customer Relationship Management: Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure long-term relationships and repeat business. Coordinate with other departments (e.g., marketing, customer service) to enhance the customer experience. Reporting & Analytics: Provide regular updates to management on sales activities, results, and market conditions. Analyze sales data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth. Maintain CRM systems to track customer interactions, sales activities, and progress. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Experience: 0-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a field sales role. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience in managing or leading sales teams is a plus. Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative. Ability to travel within assigned territory as needed. Key Competencies: Sales Expertise: Ability to effectively pitch and sell products or services to diverse customers. Strategic Thinking: Capable of developing long-term sales strategies that align with company goals. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify challenges and proactively resolve customer and team-related issues. Time Management: Efficient in managing multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously. Working Conditions: Travel: Frequent travel within the designated territory. Work Hours: Flexible, with extended hours during peak periods. Compensation: Base salary + performance-based incentives.
