Role: Field Sales Executive

Sales team in Chennai

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through

    field visits

    , events, and networking
  • Conduct

    client meetings and site visits

    to explain project offerings
  • Present property features, pricing, and payment plans confidently
  • Handle client objections and work toward

    closing sales successfully

  • Maintain post-sale relationships for referrals and client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, legal, CRM)
  • Track competitors, market trends, and customer expectations
  • Submit timely reports on leads, follow-ups, and conversions

Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets:

  • Eligibility Criteria:


  • 410 years

    of field sales experience, preferably in

    real estate

  • Excellent

    communication

    ,

    negotiation

    , and

    customer handling

    skills
  • Proven track record of

    meeting/exceeding sales targets

  • Comfortable working

    weekends

    and

    traveling to project sites

  • Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Office (Excel/Word) is an added advantage
  • Graduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field
