Job Responsibilities:

  • Approaching colleges (in and around your base city) to connect with deans, HODs, and TPOs, and engaging with them to demonstrate the value organisation brings for their students.
  • Conducting sessions, events, and webinars for students in these colleges to introduce them to new-age career programs, helping them kickstart their careers.
  • Counseling potential learners (final-year college students, unemployed graduates) on career planning and showing how can be a catalyst for their career development.
  • Highlighting the uniqueness and effectiveness of organisations model of learning and career preparation.
  • Managing the entire sales closing life cycle for leads assigned to you, including phone/video calls, product demonstrations, sales closing, and post-sales relationship management.
  • Maintaining a detailed database of all interactions with leads on the CRM.



What are we looking for?

  • Individuals with strong communication skills (both written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Highly dedicated and determined individuals who are hardworking and committed to their roles.
  • Experience in Education Sales (field sales) is a must requirement.
  • Sales performers with proven track records.
  • Individuals who are great listeners and can build trust and rapport with potential learners.
  • Individuals with a disciplined approach to building a sales funnel, tracking feedback, prioritizing tasks, and consistently exceeding targets and deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel, work in the field, and a passion for achieving incentives and building a successful sales career.
