Head of Field Sales

The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging colleges to connect with Deans, HODs, and TPOs, demonstrating the value our client brings to their students. You will be organizing sessions, events, and webinars for students to introduce them to our client's new-age career programs. Additionally, you will be providing career counseling to potential learners and helping them plan their career paths. You will also be responsible for promoting the uniqueness and effectiveness of our client's online learning model and managing the complete sales closing life cycle for assigned leads. Maintaining a detailed database of all interactions with leads on the CRM will also be a key responsibility. We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with strong interpersonal and presentation skills. The ideal candidate should be hardworking, dedicated, and determined, with experience in field sales targeting colleges. A proven track record as a top-performing sales professional is essential. The candidate should be a great listener, trustworthy, and able to bond with potential learners, demonstrating patience and empathy. A disciplined approach towards building a funnel, tracking feedback, prioritizing tasks, and exceeding targets and deadlines is crucial.
