About the Role

We are seeking a confi dent and results-driven Field Sales Manager to actively seek out and engage with potential customers in the manufacturing sectors. This is a 100% fi eld sales role, requiring on-ground visits, client interactions, and business development activities within your assigned city.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target administration and transport teams within manufacturing plants, aligning with overall business objectives
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and infl uencers within client organizations, fostering long-term partnerships
  • Generate and convert leads through cold calling, fi eld visits, and networking
  • Deliver product demonstrations and explain use cases based on client needs
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and close leads while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to customize solutions, address client needs, and ensure seamless delivery of products and services
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences, networking eff ectively to promote our off erings and expand our market presence

What You'll Need

  • Prior experience in fi eld sales, preferably within logistics, transport, fl eet services, GPS tracking, or related industries
  • 4-5 years of relevant work experience with a proven track record of success
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing plant operations, administration processes, and transport logistics
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs eff ectively
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a drive to succeed in a competitive market
  • Willingness to travel extensively within India to meet clients and prospects
