1. Routing - Regular/Last Minute Adjustments: Determine optimal routes for employee transportation, considering traffic conditions and time efficiency factors.
2. Make necessary adjustments to routes on a regular basis or in response to last-minute changes or emergencies.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Excel, email, Routing, and Calls, to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of transportation services.
4. Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, routing, and resolving issues, to meet customer demands and service level agreements.
5. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
6. Ensure compliance with all relevant employee experience, safety standards, and company policies and procedures.
