Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Transport Manager to join our team in CBRE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transportation management and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the transport fleet, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services.
Supervise and train drivers, mechanics, and other support staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Develop and implement strategies to improve transport costs, reduce delays, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of transport services with overall business objectives.
Monitor and control expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising service quality.
Implement safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment for all transport staff.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in transport management or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
Strong knowledge of transport laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
Familiarity with transport management software and technology is an advantage.
