Market Research: Stay updated on local real estate market trends, property values, and competitor offerings to provide clients with accurate and relevant information. Property Tours: Conduct property tours to showcase available residential listings to potential buyers or tenants. Highlight property features and benefits. Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their residential property requirements, preferences, and budget constraints. Provide tailored property recommendations based on client needs. Negotiation: Negotiate property prices, terms, and conditions on behalf of clients. Facilitate the offer, counteroffer, and acceptance process. Documentation: Assist clients in completing necessary paperwork for property transactions, including purchase agreements, rental contracts, and financing documents. Market Promotion: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote residential properties and attract potential buyers or tenants. This may include online marketing, open houses, and other advertising methods. Follow-Up: Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on property listings, market changes, and progress on their property search or sale. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by the real estate agency or developer. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction throughout the buying or leasing process. Legal Compliance: Ensure compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and ethical standards in all transactions. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). 5+ years of proven experience as a Sales Executive in the real estate industry, with a focus on residential sales. Strong knowledge of the local residential real estate market trends and property values. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Customer-centric approach with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships. Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
