Job Title: MICE Sales Executive Mumbai & Delhi Branch Company: B2B Hospitality Job Location: Mumbai & Delhi Industry: Travel & Tourism / Hospitality Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget to offer tailored options. Itinerary Development: Create customized travel packages including flights, hotels, tours, and other activities. Booking & Coordination: Manage reservations for transportation, accommodations, and tours using booking platforms. Sales & Revenue: Drive sales of travel packages and services while meeting sales targets and contributing to revenue growth. Customer Service: Deliver excellent service, manage inquiries, resolve issues, and build long-term client relationships. Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, industry regulations, and promotional activities. Vendor Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with vendors for favorable bookings and issue resolution. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, transactions, and client interactions. On-site Support: Accompany groups if required for smooth coordination. Required Skills & Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales and customer service orientation. Knowledge of travel destinations, trends, and cultural nuances. Proficiency in reservation systems and online booking tools. Ability to design personalized itineraries and provide expert travel advice. Strong problem-solving skills to manage conflicts, complaints, and emergencies. Flexible to travel when required.
