1. Transport Planning & Coordination

• Develop and implement comprehensive transport plans for event attendees, VIPs, staff, and suppliers.
• Ensure route optimization, vehicle scheduling, and load planning.

2. Vendor & Fleet Management

• Source, contract, and manage transport vendors (buses, shuttles, vans, taxis, ride-hail partners).
• Ensure fleet availability, compliance, vehicle safety, and operational readiness.

3. Customer Experience & Service Quality

• Guarantee timely pickup/drop-off of passengers.
• Maintain high service standards, safety, and comfort for all travelers.
• Manage customer feedback and resolve complaints.

4. Staff Management & Training

• Recruit, train, and supervise drivers, marshals, dispatchers, and coordinators.
• Ensure adherence to communication protocols and safety procedures.

5. Operations Monitoring & Incident Management

• Track vehicle movement, monitor passenger flow, and manage real-time operational issues.
• Develop and execute contingency plans (breakdowns, traffic delays, emergencies).

6. Health, Safety & Compliance

• Enforce transport safety policies and mandatory regulations.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and driver compliance checks (licenses, rest periods, sobriety).

7. Stakeholder Communication

• Maintain communication with event organizers, security teams, city authorities, and vendors.
• Provide operational updates, reports, and escalation when needed.

8. Budgeting & Cost Control

• Prepare and manage the transport budget.
• Ensure cost-effective operations and adherence to financial guidelines.

9. Technology & Data Management

• Use scheduling systems, GPS tracking, and passenger management tools.
• Generate reports on passenger volumes, route performance, and vehicle utilization.

10. Post-Event Reporting & Continuous Improvement

• Submit post-event transport evaluation reports.
• Recommend improvements for future events based on performance data.
