Job Description

As a Transport Manager at our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a fleet of 100+ buses for students and staff. Your main duties will include planning and optimizing routes, schedules, and bus allocations. You will need to ensure compliance with transport laws, RTO norms, and safety guidelines while coordinating with drivers, conductors, and maintenance teams. In addition, managing vehicle documentation, permits, insurance, and fitness will be crucial. Handling emergencies, breakdowns, and routing issues efficiently, as well as maintaining accurate MIS reports, fuel logs, and maintenance data, are also part of your key responsibilities. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5-7 years of experience in fleet/transport management - Strong operational, problem-solving, and communication skills - Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and transport regulations - Experience in managing large fleets, with 100+ buses preferred - Candidates from educational institutions or large transport setups will be given preference If you are interested in this position, please share your CV at sagar.hrd@cumail.in or contact us at 90569 78101.
