Coordinate with Regional Manager for TP Audit and new launches of fleets Management of third party providers Billing reconciliation TPP Network expansion documentation Technical Training Management SOP training to TPP PROFILE KEY REQUIREMENTS: Should be from Automobile background with minimum 2Years experience and have good understanding for vehicle maintenance Has knowledge on detailed geographical locations of Bangalore Minimum qualification- graduate/ diploma (Automobile/Mechanical) Team Management expertise Ability to explore new vendor price negotiation MS Office, MIS Reports Cost control Need to ensure 100% digital platform conversion Cost control of depot Third party network Need to manage team of 15 members Technical process training Should be available 24x7 to manage service escalations if any. Coordinate and oversee transportation operations, ensuring the efficient movement of goods and passengers Plan and schedule transportation routes, considering factors such as distance, delivery timelines, and traffic conditions Monitor and track vehicles and shipments to ensure timely delivery and adherence to schedules Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to optimize transportation efficiency and cost-effectiveness Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and safety standards Liaise with drivers, transport vendors, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or challenges during transportation Handle logistics and paperwork related to transportation, including bills of lading, shipping documents, and delivery records Monitor fuel consumption, vehicle maintenance, and repair schedules to ensure the proper functioning of the transport fleet Manage transportation budgets and expenses, identifying areas for cost optimization Assist in the selection and onboarding of transportation vendors and carriers Conduct periodic performance evaluations of transportation vendors and carriers Implement and maintain transportation management systems to streamline operations and improve tracking capabilities Identify and implement process improvements to enhance transportation efficiency and customer satisfaction Ensure that all transport-related documentation and records are accurately maintained and up-to-date Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in transportation and logistics Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to transportation services Provide regular reports and updates to management on transportation performance and key metrics

The individual should have 5+ years of experience in executive or personal assistance roles. A Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management or related field is preferred. He should have strong organizational, multitasking abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Requirements: 6-8 years of experience in managing school transport logistics, operations.. Bachelor s in Logistics, Transport Management or a related field. In-depth knowledge of school transport systems administration. A mature long sighted approach in mindset. Strong verbal written communication skills ensuring professional effective correspondence with parents, vendors and staff. Key Responsibilities: Manage oversee transportation operations staff. Coordinate daily schedules for drivers, buses support staff. Design implement routes optimising travel time fuel consumption. Conduct regular inspections of vehicles for safety cleanliness. Ensure vehicle maintenance compliance with safety regulations. Stay updated with changes in transport regulations, insurance norms, and compliance rules. Maintain detailed transportation records reports. Monitor report on transportation performance. Handle transportation-related enquiries complaints. Prepare, manage annual transport budgets monitor expenses throughout the year. Manage vendor contracts for third-party transport services or vehicle maintenance. Conduct regular safety drills awareness programs for drivers.
