Delivery Partner

As a Delivery Driver, your role will involve picking up and delivering items such as food, parcels, groceries, etc. in a timely manner. You will be responsible for following assigned delivery routes using maps or mobile apps to ensure efficient and on-time deliveries. Your main focus will be on ensuring the safety of products during transport and communicating politely with customers during drop-offs. It is crucial to maintain accurate delivery records via mobile apps and adhere to company policies and customer service standards at all times. In case of any delays, traffic issues, or problems, you are expected to report them promptly to your supervisor. Additionally, keeping the delivery vehicle clean and well-maintained is part of your responsibilities. You should be prepared to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings to meet the demands of the job. Key Responsibilities: - Pick up and deliver items on time - Follow assigned delivery routes using maps or mobile apps - Ensure safety of products during transport - Communicate politely with customers - Maintain delivery records via mobile apps - Follow company policies and customer service standards - Report delays, traffic issues, or problems to the supervisor - Keep vehicle clean and maintained Qualifications Required: - Valid driver's license - Good driving record - Ability to work flexible hours - Strong communication skills - Attention to detail and punctuality Please note that the job type for this position is Full-time and Permanent. The work schedule is during the day shift with a performance bonus offered. Proficiency in Hindi is preferred for this role. The work location will primarily be on the road.
