Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Field Sales Manager to drive primary and secondary sales in the FMCG sector. The role involves direct interaction with small supermarkets, grocery stores, and mini-marts to generate orders, ensure product visibility, and build strong relationships. This is an individual contributor role — no team handling required. Key Responsibilities:Visit assigned retail outlets and small supermarkets daily to take orders. Ensure regular stock rotation, product visibility, and shelf placement. Build and maintain relationships with store owners and purchase managers. Achieve monthly sales targets and collection goals. Update daily sales reports and order details in the system. Identify new retail outlets for product placement and market expansion. Gather market feedback on pricing, competitor activities, and promotions. Coordinate with the distribution and logistics teams for timely deliveries. Requirements:Graduate in any discipline (preferably Business, Marketing, or Commerce). 2–5 years of experience in FMCG field sales. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory). Ability to work independently with a result-oriented approach.
