Job Title: Field Sales Executive - Two Wheeler Sector Reporting To: Sales Manager / Territory Sales Manager Job Summary: The Field Sales Executive is responsible for aggressively driving sales volumes, expanding the customer base, and achieving sales targets for the company's range of two-wheelers (motorcycles, scooters) within an assigned geographic territory. This role involves extensive fieldwork, building and maintaining strong relationships with dealers, sub-dealers, and direct customers, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities 1. Sales and Business Development: Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets (volume and value) for all two-wheeler models in the designated territory. Identify, prospect, and acquire new dealers/sub-dealers to expand the company's distribution network and market reach. Execute planned field activities, roadshows, promotional campaigns, and direct sales initiatives in the assigned area. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and test rides for potential customers and dealer staff. Actively generate and follow up on sales leads from various sources (online, referrals, trade shows, roadshows, etc.). Negotiate and finalize sales deals, ensuring adherence to company pricing policies and schemes. 2. Dealer/Channel Management: Maintain and strengthen strong, long-term relationships with existing dealers, monitoring their performance and providing necessary support. Ensure dealers maintain adequate stock levels, proper product mix, and adhere to company standards for showroom appearance and customer service. Conduct regular market visits (Field Working) as per the fixed journey cycle (FJC) to dealers and key markets. Provide training and coaching to dealer sales staff on product knowledge, selling skills, and promotional activities. Monitor dealer profitability and advise on necessary business improvements. 3. Market Analysis and Reporting: Conduct market research and stay updated on competitor activities, pricing, product launches, and sales strategies in the territory. Analyze market trends, customer demands, and local registration data to forecast sales accurately. Prepare and submit regular, accurate sales reports, daily call reports, market feedback, and expense reports to the Area/Territory Manager. Maintain accurate customer and sales data in the Company's CRM system. 4. Customer Relations and After-Sales Support: Ensure a high standard of customer service is delivered at the dealership level throughout the sales and delivery process. Address and resolve customer complaints, queries, and issues promptly and professionally. Coordinate with the service and finance departments to facilitate a seamless purchase experience (e.g., loan processing, registration, insurance). Organize customer engagement events and rallies to promote brand loyalty. Qualifications: Plus Two/Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business Administration or Marketing preferred). Freshers are welcome to apply. We are Preferring Male candidates. Mandatory Requirements: Possession of a valid two-wheeler driving license is typically essential. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory on a daily basis(Field work).
