Job Summary:

The Field Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business, developing relationships with existing clients, and promoting products or services directly to customers in the field. This role involves meeting sales targets, maintaining customer satisfaction, and working closely with the sales team to achieve company goals.

• Sales & Business Development:

• Identify potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
• Generate leads and convert them into sales by presenting products/services to prospective clients.
• Conduct sales presentations, demonstrations, and meetings with clients in the field.
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets set by management.

• Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, and issues.

• Market Analysis & Reporting:

• Monitor competitors' activities and market trends to identify opportunities and threats.
• Gather and report feedback from customers and prospects on market needs.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and feedback.

• Collaboration with Sales Team:

• Work closely with internal teams to coordinate sales activities and strategies.
• Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to improve skills and product knowledge.

• Sales Administration:

• Prepare and submit regular reports on sales progress, client status, and market insights.
• Manage the sales pipeline and forecast sales projections accurately.
• Complete and submit the necessary paperwork, including contracts and agreements.

Good Communcation and interpersonal skills.

Graduate with experience in Sales and Busiess Development
