Job Description

Lead Generation:
Identify potential customers through field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Client Visits:
Meet clients in person to present products/services, explain features, and answer queries.
Sales Target Achievement:
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the management.
Product Demonstration:
Conduct demonstrations and presentations to show product benefits and convince prospects.
Negotiation and Closing Deals:
Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals effectively.
Market Research:
Collect market and competitor information to identify new opportunities.
Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain healthy relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.
Reporting:
Prepare and submit daily or weekly sales reports to management.
Feedback Collection:
Gather customer feedback and share insights with the marketing and product teams.
After-Sales Support:
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
