Job Description

Seeking a proactive Field Sales Executive to drive sales through lead generation, customer visits and achieving sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Source leads from personal networks to the products.
  • Contact provided leads, schedule sales visits, and convert leads to sales.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and support to boost performance. 
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitors. 
  • Meet or exceed business targets as per the goal sheet.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Must completed Graduation compulsory. 
  • 1+ years of experience in sales and marketing in any sector. 
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams. 
  • Leadership skills to drive a team towards business goals. 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with agents and clients.
