Support the NBS Finance Controller in internal & external reporting, budgeting and monitoring of Center KPI, preparation & tracking of cross charges, assist in management presentation and evaluation of business growth opportunities.

Financial and Operational Performance Co-Piloting
Prepare NBS annual budget ensuring data is comprehensive supported with variance analysis
Ensure integrity of business financial statements; Ensure fair and accurate reporting of the financial aspects of NBS according to all appropriate accounting standards, regulations and service agreements [Internal & External Reporting of Statements]
'- Responsible for Period End Closing and reporting of financial statements
Plan, coordinate and maintain cost control of NBS operations including monitoring and validating all financial indicators, prepare variances analysis, identify gaps, propose action plans
Manage a robust, documented and transparent invoicing process with all NBS customers (Markets/Operating Companies) as per defined cost allocation process and established Service Level Agreements
Communicate NBS financial performance to internal and external stakeholders
Prepare and report monthly & annual deliverables to NBS Center teams [accurate & on time submission]
'- Support and validate benchmarking results and contribute to driving customers to a Best in Class cost

Experience in working in a cross-functional and networked organization (internal and external providers)
- Prior experience in Accounting / Finance function (e.g. Costing, Accounts, Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounting & Reporting, ideally within a Shared Service Center environment)
- Developing and improving financial systems and major business processes
Understanding of Shared Service Center operations, internal and external business environment, capacity to benchmark
Solid knowledge of business processes and best practices to ensure sustainability and drive continuous improvements
Mastering of financial analysis tools & methods
Thorough knowledge of Accounting Standards
