Job Description

Looking for a skilled Assistant Restaurant professional to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food and beverage service, with excellent customer service skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and staff supervision.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food production and presentation.
Maintain a clean and organized dining environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
Train and mentor new staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Monitor and control inventory levels, minimizing waste and maximizing profits.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for managing a team effectively.
Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
Knowledge of point-of-sale systems and inventory management software is required.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
