Position:

Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
Take food & beverage orders accurately and serve efficiently.
Maintain knowledge of the menu, specials and promotions.
Set up dining areas before service and clean tables after guest departure.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene & safety standards are maintained at all times.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service flow.
Handle guest concerns professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
Assist in billing and cash handling when required.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Good communication & interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude, presentable personality and customer-oriented.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and in rotating shifts.
Team player with basic knowledge of restaurant operations.

Qualification:

Minimum HSC / Graduate preferred.
Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management is an added advantage.
