Job Purpose:

To ensure efficient and hygienic handling of food and beverages, maintain cleanliness in service areas, and provide support in delivering high-quality catering services to institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in setting up dining areas and service counters as per company standards.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area, pantry, and service stations.
• Ensure proper handling of crockery, cutlery, and glassware.
• Support in replenishing food items during service hours.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols as per FSSAI and company guidelines.
• Assist in clearing tables and disposing of waste responsibly.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely service and special requirements.
• Report any maintenance or equipment issues to the supervisor promptly.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 10th / 12th pass; Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management preferred.
• Prior experience in institutional catering or hospitality industry is an advantage.
• Knowledge of basic food service etiquette and hygiene standards.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
