Job Description

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Order Management

    : Answer calls/devices, take orders accurately, note special requests/dietary needs, and input into Point of Sale (POS) systems.
  • Guest Communication

    : Greet guests, provide menu details/recommendations (upsell), estimate delivery times, and address concerns professionally.
  • Coordination

    : Liaise with kitchen for preparation and F&B team for timely delivery, ensuring all aspects are handled.
  • Menu Expertise

    : Know all menus, specials, and beverage lists by heart.
  • Cash Handling

    : Process payments, prepare checks, and balance cash according to hotel policy.
  • Follow-up

    : Monitor order status, coordinate tray pickup after meals, and maintain cleanliness of work areas.
  • Adherence

    : Follow hotel policies, safety procedures, grooming standards, and attend training.
