Job Title: Site Supervisor – Food & Beverage (F&B) Location: Goregoan Department: Food & Beverage Operations Reports To: Operations Manager / Unit Manager Job Summary: The Site Supervisor – F&B is responsible for overseeing daily operations at the assigned site to ensure smooth functioning of all food and beverage services. This role ensures compliance with quality, hygiene, safety standards, and customer satisfaction while managing a team of F&B staff. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate all F&B operations at the site. Ensure timely and quality food service delivery. Monitor food preparation, presentation, and portion control. Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards as per company and FSSAI guidelines. Conduct regular audits on food safety, inventory, and kitchen equipment. Manage and train F&B staff including attendance, grooming, and discipline. Handle client feedback and resolve complaints effectively. Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for smooth execution of daily meals and special events. Maintain stock levels and place orders for supplies as needed. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on operations, wastage, and staff performance. Maintain professional relationships with vendors, clients, and internal teams. Qualifications and Requirements: Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management or related field preferred. 3+ years of experience in F&B operations, preferably in institutional catering or facility management. Strong leadership and communication skills. Knowledge of HACCP, FSSAI norms, and food safety protocols. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Good computer skills (MS Office, POS systems). Working Conditions: Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays. On-site role with frequent standing, walking, and monitoring. Exposure to kitchen environment and food handling areas. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Monday to Friday Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
