Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor - Projects located in Mumbai. The Site Supervisor will oversee daily construction activities, manage project timelines, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with contractors and stakeholders, attending site meetings, preparing reports, and problem-solving on-site issues to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule. Qualifications Project management, scheduling, and resource management skills Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality control Proficient in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications Ability to oversee safety regulations and compliance standards Effective communication, leadership, and team management skills Problem-solving and decision-making abilities Relevant experience in the hospitality or construction industry preferred Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field Show more Show less
