Job Title: Field Recruiter-Hotel&Restaurant Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Field Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for on-site and field-based roles. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring timely closures. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to travel as needed, and experience hiring for blue-collar or high-volume roles.
