Factory Manager

1. Production Management

· Plan, organize, direct, and run optimum day-to-day operations.

· Ensure that production targets, deadlines, and quality standards are met.

· Monitor production output and adjust processes as necessary.

· Optimize manufacturing processes to reduce waste and increase efficiency.

2. Quality Control

· Enforce quality control standards in compliance with ISO and other industry requirements.

· Work closely with quality assurance teams to reduce defects and ensure consistent product quality.

· Implement root cause analysis and corrective actions for recurring quality issues.

3. Maintenance & Equipment

· Oversee maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.

· Ensure all machines and equipments are maintained in optimal condition.

· Coordinate with maintenance teams for emergency repairs and preventive maintenance.

4. Workforce Management

· Supervise and coordinate work of plant staff including supervisors, technicians, and operators.

· Provide leadership, training, and support to team members.

· Develop staffing plans and manage labor costs.

5. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

· Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.

· Promote a safe working environment through training, audits, and safety programs.

· Investigate and report incidents, and implement corrective actions.

6. Inventory and Materials Management

· Manage raw material procurement, usage, and inventory levels.

· Coordinate with supply chain and logistics for timely delivery of materials and finished goods.

7. Reporting & Documentation

· Prepare and present operational reports including production, efficiency, downtime, and quality.

· Maintain production records, logbooks, and compliance documentation.

8. Continuous Improvement

· Drive Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Six Sigma initiatives.

· Lead Kaizen events and cross-functional improvement projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
