Storekeeper

1. Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate records of stock levels, goods received, and goods issued
• Conduct regular stock audits and physical inventory checks.
• Report low stock levels to the purchasing department for timely replenishment.

2. Storage and Organization

• Store items systematically to ensure easy retrieval and reduce material damage
• Ensure proper labeling and tagging of items with batch numbers, expiry dates (where applicable), and other identifiers.

3. Issuance and Coordination

• Issue raw materials and tools to the production team based on approved requisitions
• Coordinate closely with the production, quality control, and maintenance teams
• Track returns of unused or defective materials and handle accordingly

4. Documentation and Compliance

• Maintain GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), issue slips, transfer notes, and disposal records
• Ensure documentation complies with company policies and audit requirements

5. Safety and Housekeeping

• Ensure safe handling and storage of hazardous and sensitive materials.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse/store area.
• Comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

6. Equipment and Tools

• Monitor the condition of tools and equipment issued to technicians.
• Maintain a register of tool issuance and ensure timely returns or replacements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
