Profile - HVAC Draughtsman Location - Mulund, Mumbai Qualifications: Diploma or certification in Mechanical Engineering or HVAC Design. We are seeking a detail-oriented and presentable HVAC Draughtsman who can not only prepare accurate drawings but also communicate effectively with clients and the internal team. The role involves preparing design layouts, assisting in quotation preparation, and supporting documentation such as challans and invoices for HVAC projects. About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and presentable HVAC Draughtsman who can not only prepare accurate drawings but also communicate effectively with clients and the internal team. The role involves preparing design layouts, assisting in quotation preparation, and supporting documentation such as challans and invoices for HVAC projects. Responsibilities Prepare detailed 2D/3D drawings and layouts for HVAC systems in residential and commercial projects. Interpret MEP and architectural drawings to prepare HVAC plans, sections, and details. Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and clients for design clarifications or revisions. Assist in preparing cost estimates, quotations, and basic project documentation. Support in preparing challans, work orders, and invoices as required. Maintain proper drawing records, versions, and documentation for each project. Ensure all designs comply with technical and project specifications. Required Skills Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software. Good understanding of HVAC systems, ducting, and equipment layouts. Basic knowledge of cost estimation, quotation preparation, and site coordination. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English. Well-groomed, organized, and capable of interacting confidently with clients and vendors. Preferred Skills 13 years of experience in HVAC drafting or project coordination.
