Factory Manager

FACTORY MANAGER

Experience – Minimum 5 years (In manufacturing company only) of running a factory.

1. Education: A bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, business administration, or a related field is often required. Some positions may prefer candidates with a master's degree or specialized certifications.

2. Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing or production management is usually required. Candidates may need several years of experience in progressively responsible roles within a manufacturing environment.

3. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities are essential for managing and motivating a team of employees. Experience in supervisory or managerial roles is typically necessary.

4. Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and technologies relevant to the industry is important. This includes knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, quality control methods, and safety regulations.

5. Problem-Solving Skills: Factory managers must be able to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to improve processes and resolve issues.

6. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are essential for effectively liaising with employees, colleagues, and external stakeholders. This includes verbal communication, written communication, and interpersonal skills.

7. Organizational Skills: Factory managers need strong organizational abilities to manage production schedules, resources, budgets, and other aspects of factory operations efficiently.

8. Decision-Making Ability: The ability to make timely and informed decisions, often under pressure, is crucial for success in this role.

9. Analytical Skills: Factory managers should be able to analyze data, performance metrics, and other relevant information to make strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
