Key Responsibilities:

Oversee complete factory operations including production, maintenance, and quality.

Manage manufacturing processes related to Pumps, Valves, and Fire Fighting products.

Ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety norms are met.

Coordinate with design, procurement, and supply chain teams.

Lead and manage shop-floor teams, supervisors, and engineers.

Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and operational standards.

Prepare MIS reports and support management decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience:

B.E. Mechanical or Civil Engineering

10+ years

Strong leadership and factory management exposure.

Experience in handling large teams and shop-floor operations.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary:

As per company standards

(Can be suitably enhanced for the right candidate)

Work Schedule:

Monday to Saturday (Factory Timings)
