4 Fire-Fighting Systems Jobs

Oversee daily operations and preventive maintenance of HVAC, electrical panels, plumbing, water supply, sewage, fire-fighting systems, WTP, STP, and swimming pool filtration systems. Monitor and optimize the performance of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems across the campus. Maintain detailed records of service schedules, AMC contracts, warranties, and equipment logbooks for all infrastructure. Ensure compliance with energy efficiency and sustainability standards for HVAC and electrical systems. Manage breakdowns effectively by coordinating timely repairs with external vendors and contractors. Conduct periodic safety inspections, ensuring adherence to statutory regulations including electrical safety, fire safety, and water quality. Construction & Project Support Supervise on-site execution to ensure quality installation of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems in ongoing infrastructure projects. Perform inspections, snag checks, and assist in the smooth handover of new facilities. Vendor & Contractor Management Liaise with AMC vendors, service providers, and contractors to ensure uninterrupted functioning of MEP and HVAC systems. Enforce contractor compliance with safety protocols and statutory guidelines during on-site work. Evaluate vendor performance and suggest improvements or alternative solutions when necessary. Compliance & Safety Ensure all operations comply with relevant industry codes and standards. Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures for system operations. Maintain fire safety systems by conducting regular operational tests and inspections. Bachelors Degree/Diploma/ITI in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (with specialization in MEP preferred). 5-8 Years (Education Industry) Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems. Familiarity with building automation systems (BMS) and energy management systems. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contracts. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Vendor and contractor management skills. Good communication and documentation skills. Survey sites ahead of fitting heating, ventilation, or air conditioning systems. Perform quality checks to ensure systems are working efficiently and safely. Carry out preventive, breakdown, and predictive maintenance on HVAC systems. Prepare deliverable lists, schedules, labor-hour estimates, resource requirements, and progress reports. Apply expertise in HVAC regulations and guidelines such as ASHRAE, SMACNA, ISO, NFPA, DNV, AMCA, and more. Compute heating, ventilation, and cooling requirements and choose HVAC units accordingly. Uphold air pressurization protocols in cleanrooms. Draft statements of work (SOW) for HVAC contractors and collaborate with HVAC vendors. Draft technical procedures, guides, and work instructions. Optimize HVAC systems without interrupting tools. Requirements Demonstrated expertise in HVAC, cleanroom, and fire-fighting system operations and maintenance. Basic understanding of energy optimization and cleanroom streamlining. Expertise in HVAC equipment testing, commissioning, and validation. Familiarity with preparing SOPs per industry standards. Basic knowledge of material specifications. Capability to operate during varying shifts, including evenings. Experience in semiconductor industry HVAC requirements.
