Role Overview:


Export Sales Manager

You will be responsible for expanding Scientech’s footprint across regions, identifying potential distributors or institutional clients, and managing end-to-end international sales operations.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute export sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify and qualify new international leads using 

    AI-based tools

     (e.g., LinkedIn automation, CRM analytics, and data scraping platforms).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with global partners, distributors, and institutional clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities, trends, and product potential in target countries.
  • Manage the export process including quotations, negotiations, logistics coordination, and compliance with export regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Product teams to create region-specific campaigns and product positioning.
  • Track and analyze sales performance using dashboards and CRM reports.


Qualifications & Education:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering

  • MBA (preferably in International Business or Marketing)will be an advantage.

  • 8–10 years of experience in international sales, preferably in 

    technology, electronics, or educational equipment sectors

    .
  • Proven experience managing export documentation, distributor networks, and B2B client relationships.

Skills & Competencies


Technical Skills:

  • Technical background required – must understand basic engineering concepts and have understanding of new technologies like Green Hydrogen, Electric Vehicles (EV), Drones, and Industry 4.0 with willingness to learn.
  • Familiarity with AI-based prospecting and lead intelligence tools (e.g., Apollo, ZoomInfo, ChatGPT, or equivalent).
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce).
  • Knowledge of global trade regulations, INCOTERMS, and export logistics.


Soft Skills:

  • Excellent written and oral communication in English
  • Strong negotiation abilities.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working across time zones when required
  • Ability to interpret market data and translate it into actionable sales strategies.
