Growth Marketing & SEO Specialist 📍 Hybrid / Flexible | 💼 Freelance / contract, with potential to convert to full-time in 6 months 🕓 Experience: 2–4 years About the Role We’re looking for a Growth Marketing & SEO Specialist to drive both our paid and organic marketing efforts . You’ll plan, execute, and optimize Ad campaigns, improve search visibility through SEO, and uncover opportunities that accelerate growth. This role combines strategic thinking and hands-on execution, suited for someone who enjoys data, experimentation, and measurable results. Key Responsibilities Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads. Conduct keyword and audience research for PPC and SEO strategies. Manage on-page, off-page, and technical SEO to improve organic visibility. Develop and execute growth experiments — A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and CTAs to improve conversions. Implement conversion tracking, UTM tagging, and performance analytics using Google Tag Manager and Analytics. Collaborate on landing page design and CRO improvements to enhance lead quality and conversion rates. Use marketing automation tools (like HubSpot, Zoho, or Mailchimp) for retargeting, lead nurturing, or drip campaigns. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and campaign data to recommend actionable strategies. Prepare and maintain performance reports, forecasts, and marketing dashboards. Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a Business or Engineering Experience: 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing, SEO, or growth marketing. Experience handling B2B clients, educational institutes, or industrial customers is a plus. Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager. Familiarity with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz). Knowledge of A/B testing tools (Google Optimize, Hotjar, VWO) and CRM/automation tools. Engineering or tech background a plus — understanding emerging domains like IoT, AI, EV, and Drones. Skills & Competencies Technical Skills: Technical background required – must understand basic engineering concepts and have understanding of new technologies like Green Hydrogen, Electric Vehicles (EV), Drones, and Industry 4.0 with willingness to learn. Familiarity with AI-based prospecting and lead intelligence tools (e.g., Apollo, ZoomInfo, ChatGPT, or equivalent). Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce). Knowledge of global trade regulations, INCOTERMS, and export logistics. Soft Skills: Excellent written and oral communication in English Strong negotiation abilities.
