The Export Sales vertical is crucial for expanding Honeyman’s footprint in international markets, ensuring our premium products reach global consumers while building strong trade relationships and brand presence overseas.
Role Overview:-
We are looking for an experienced Export Sales professional with 5–7 years of FMCG experience, preferably with exposure to private label products. The candidate will manage and grow Honeyman’s global sales channels, develop relationships with international distributors, importers, and retailers, and ensure efficient supply chain and compliance with international trade regulations.
Key Responsibilities:-
• Develop and execute the export sales strategy for Honeyman’s products in global markets.
• Identify, appoint, and manage international distributors, importers, and key accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients to ensure consistent orders and growth.
• Ensure timely product delivery, compliance with export documentation, and adherence to international regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams (supply chain, marketing, finance) to align export operations with business objectives.
• Track sales performance, monitor market trends, and analyze competitor activities in international markets.
• Drive business growth through private label collaborations and strategic partnerships.
Must-Haves:-
• 5–7 years of experience in FMCG export sales.
• Experience with private label products highly desirable.
• Strong negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
• Proven track record of managing international distributors and expanding global business.
• Understanding of export documentation, international trade regulations, and logistics.
Good-to-Haves:-
• Experience in natural food, wellness, or premium product categories.
• Hands-on experience with trade promotions, exhibitions, and international marketing.
• Familiarity with export reporting tools and sales analytics.
Compensation
• Salary: ₹60,000 onwards (based on experience and expertise).
• Performance-linked incentives based on export sales growth and market expansion.
