about the Role: We are looking for a dynamic, results-oriented professional to lead inside sales, sales operations, and lead generation. This role includes engaging with prospects, qualifying leads, and driving revenue through consultative selling across digital channels. You’ll also be responsible for streamlining sales processes, tracking performance, and managing sales tools and reporting to boost efficiency. As the initial point of contact for potential clients, you will identify needs and schedule high-impact meetings to drive business growth .Key Responsibilities: ▪ Engage, qualify, and nurture leads through calls, emails, and LinkedIn while proactively researching and reaching out to potential prospects .▪ Work closely with the marketing and product teams to refine messaging and campaigns ▪ Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, webinars, and events ▪ Understand customer needs and recommend the right solutions ▪ Schedule and conduct product demos or presentations for potential customers, in coordination with Account Executives or senior sales reps ▪ Build long-term relationships with prospects for upselling and cross-selling ▪ Follow up diligently on leads and ensure timely engagement ▪ Stay up to date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor landscape ▪ Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM ▪ Monitor and analyze key sales metrics to support data-driven decisions. ▪ Assist in planning and forecasting activities in collaboration with sales leadership▪ Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for performance tracking ▪ Coordinate with marketing, finance, and customer success teams to align sales operations ▪ Handle sales documentation, proposals, contracts, and order processingRequirements :▪ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field▪ A degree in Automobile Engineering is an added advantage ▪ Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills▪ Highly self-motivated, proactive, and result-driven ▪ Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced tea Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Application Question(s): Do you have Experience in Automotive Industry ? if yes , how many ? do you experience is sales and sales operations ? do you have experience into business Expansion ? what is your current CTC ? what is your Expected Salary ? what will be your Notice Period ?
