Ltd., also known as St. Joseph’s International Fire and Safety Academy (JIFSA), is a national organization offering professional training courses in fire engineering, safety management, industrial safety, occupational health, environmental science, health safety environment, first aid, and disaster management. With training centers across India, JIFSA is dedicated to serving the nation in the fields of fire and safety, occupational health safety, health safety environment, industrial safety, and emergency planning. Headquartered in Korba, Chhattisgarh, JIFSA operates a national training campus spread over 10 acres, providing world-class fire and safety training with modern facilities and residential accommodations. Role Description This is a full-time role as an Expansion Manager at JIFSA Education and Technical Services Pvt. Ltd. The Expansion Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations to promote the growth and expansion of the organization. This includes conducting market research, developing business strategies, leading a team, and driving sales. The role requires on-site presence in Korba, Chhattisgarh. Key Responsibilities: · Identify new business opportunities and potential locations for branch expansion . · Build and maintain relationships with educational partners, training centers, and corporate clients . · Handle communication and meetings with external HRs, training heads, and company representatives . · Prepare and maintain reports, proposals, and expansion plans using MS Excel and MS Word. · Conduct presentations, seminars, and marketing visits to promote institutional growth. · Work closely with management to develop strategies for business expansion and revenue enhancement . Requirements: · Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA in Marketing or Business Development preferred) · Experience: 0–2 years in marketing, business development, or expansion roles (Education/Training industry preferred) · Strong proficiency in MS Excel & MS Word · Excellent communication and presentation skills (fluency in English) · Ability to travel locally for meetings and expansion activities · Energetic, target-driven, and self-motivated individual Salary Range: ₹ 12,000 - ₹ 20,000
