About the Opportunity We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director (MD). The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker capable of delivering high-level administrative support, driving business priorities, and ensuring seamless coordination across the leadership team. This role demands exceptional communication, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage the MD’s calendar, appointments, travel, and logistics with precision and confidentiality. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and presentations for meetings; attend meetings to document notes, track action items, and ensure follow-up. Organize high-level meetings, board sessions, and leadership offsites. Facilitate timely and effective communication on behalf of the MD. Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. Drive strategic initiatives, monitor key decisions, and ensure execution of action items. Act as a liaison between the MD and leadership team to streamline information flow. Support business planning, prioritization, and performance tracking. Conduct market and industry research to provide strategic insights and reports. Identify and address issues impacting organizational effectiveness. Lead special projects, often collaborating with cross-functional teams. Desired Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred). 7-10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a high-impact strategy/operations role. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. Superior verbal and written communication abilities. Strong analytical and proactive problem-solving skills. High emotional intelligence and discretion in handling confidential matters. Proficient in MS Office Suite and collaboration tools. Compensation Competitive, based on experience and qualifications.
