Software Engineer

Job Description

Requirements 5+ years of experience in business analytics, data analysis, or a related field. Expertise in Power BI, with strong proficiency in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions). Solid understanding of data modelling concepts and relational databases (especially Microsoft SQL Server, Azure SQL). Experience with other Microsoft tools like Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot), and Azure Data services is a plus. Strong business orientation, able to connect analytics work to its direct impact on business performance. Ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Exposure to Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, or similar data platforms. Experience with predictive or prescriptive analytics (basic machine learning exposure is a plus). Background in working with cross-functional teams in dynamic business environments.
