We’re seeking an Enterprise Sales Manager to drive revenue growth in Plastic, E-Waste, Battery, Tyre, Used-Oil, and Environmental Credits. You’ll craft winning go-to-market strategies, acquire high-value clients in FMCG, electronics, automotive, and more, and build lasting partnerships for EPR compliance and credit trading. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets across EPR waste streams. Hunt new clients, pitch tailored compliance and credit solutions, and close multi-year contracts. Manage key accounts, ensuring seamless EPR compliance and upselling opportunities. Track pipeline health, deliver forecasts, and provide board-level insights. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred); 7-10 years in B2B sales within waste management/sustainability. Proven success in exceeding revenue goals and closing large contracts. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills; knowledge of Indian EPR regulations a plus.
