Job Description

Responsibilities Translate complex business problems into data science solutions and articulate the value and limitations of these solutions to non-technical stakeholders. Develop, deploy, and monitor predictive models, statistical analyses, and optimization algorithms. Work hands-on with large datasets: cleaning, transforming, and analysing to extract actionable insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business, Product, Engineering, and Operations, to ensure data science outputs are actionable and aligned with strategic goals. Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership clearly and compellingly. Continuously validate and improve models based on real-world feedback and changing business needs. Leverage Microsoft ecosystem tools (Azure ML, Power BI, SQL Server, Excel, etc. ) extensively for data preparation, model development, deployment, and visualization. Requirements 5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics roles. Proficiency in Python for data analysis and machine learning. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft technologies: Azure Data Services (Azure ML, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse), Power BI for data visualization (optional), Microsoft SQL Server, and Azure SQL Database, Advanced Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot). Solid understanding of a range of machine learning techniques (classification, regression, clustering, recommendation systems, etc. ) and their real-world trade-offs. Strong business acumen with the ability to contextualize technical outputs into strategic business insights. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to influence decision-making.
