Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant cum Personal Assistant (EA/PA) to provide comprehensive support to senior management. The role involves handling confidential information, preparing business proposals, managing financial reports, coordinating tasks with employees, and creating impactful presentations. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with efficiency and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executive & Personal Assistance
  • Act as the point of contact between senior management and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments.
  • Handle confidential correspondence and maintain professional discretion.
  • Business & Financial Support
  • Draft, format, and edit business proposals as per company requirements.
  • Assist in reviewing, preparing, and maintaining financial reports and documents.
  • Coordinate with the accounts/finance team for timely reporting and data accuracy.
  • Task & Workflow Management
  • Collect, assign, and monitor tasks given to employees to ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain progress trackers and update the reporting manager on status.
  • Support in preparing performance or project-related reports.
  • Presentation & Documentation
  • Design and develop presentations, reports, and other documents using MS PowerPoint/Excel/Word.
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate, well-structured, and aligned with company standards.
  • Administrative & Office Support
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, databases, and office records.
  • Support in event coordination, meetings, and internal communication.
  • Assist in managing expenses, reimbursements, and procurement-related tasks when required.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to draft business proposals and prepare financial reports.
  • Discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for liaising with employees and stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail with problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an EA/PA or in a similar role.
  • Prior experience in handling business/financial documentation and creating presentations is preferred.
