Executive Assistant to Managing Director

You will be working as an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director at BlackMatter Builders & Developers LLP, a construction and real estate development company in Thrissur, Kerala. Your main responsibilities will include providing high-level administrative support, managing diaries and schedules, and handling communications. Some of your day-to-day tasks will involve organizing meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing reports, and assisting in various executive functions to ensure efficient operation and support to the Managing Director.
