Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Architect located in Thrissur. The Senior Architect will be responsible for leading architectural design projects, developing and integrating architectural plans, and overseeing project management from inception to completion. Day-to-day tasks involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that all projects meet design, safety, and budgetary requirements. Qualifications Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design Experience in Project Management Experience in Scheduling, BOQ Preparation, Estimation. Proficiency in Software Development and Integration related to architecture Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Excellent leadership and communication skills Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field Previous experience in the construction or real estate development industry is a plus Ability to work on-site in Thrissur Show more Show less
